Domestic Orders:

At Silkpleat, we deliver to locations all across India for free. In rare cases of remote locations, we will have to verify with our delivery partner about the certainty of delivery. Customers can easily check and confirm the delivery by entering their pin code on the checkout page.

International Orders:

Silkpleat prides itself on its worldwide delivery to almost all major countries around the globe. Currently, we offer prompt global delivery to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Canada, Spain, Germany, Italy, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait, Kenya, Malaysia, Mexico, Qatar, Singapore, Sri Lanka, and of course, India.

From the time the product is ordered to the day it is delivered, we enable real-time shipment tracking that is sent directly to your registered email address. Estimated delivery time is promptly communicated at the time of order, and shipping costs are calculated based on weight and the location of delivery.

As mentioned above, we provide free shipping for all deliveries within India. But the international customers may have to bear extra shipping, handling charges, and other duty charges as per the regulations of the delivery location.

The additional charges usually include VAT/Import Duty/Local Taxes and are added to the price of the order. We want all our customers to understand that shipments from India can only reach you after clearing customs, which may require Know Your Customer (KYC) documents. These documents usually include address proofs and government-recognized identity cards and are deemed essential for clearance by the Customs Department of India. Please understand that once the shipment is cleared by the authorities, it might be labelled as "Opened for Customs," which is also a common and conventional step in the clearance process.
